Acupressure On Your Apple Watch

Sense Relief App™ uses acupressure to quickly and effectively relieve your nausea and vomiting symptoms associated with morning sickness and motion sickness. The acupressure is delivered through the Apple Watch’s Taptic Engine and Sense Relief’s nerve stimulation technology. The App applies pulsating acupressure on the underside of the user’s inner wrist, to stimulate the P6, or Nei-Kuan, nerve acupoint.

The Sense Relief App™ was designed to put you in control of your symptoms of nauseousness. It takes you just a couple of taps to get the App started, and works anywhere, anytime, no matter what you are doing. If you are busy driving, working, or just want to close your eyes and relax, you can activate the App and keep going. Or you can use the App’s Auto Mode to deliver acupressure every 20 minutes, for ongoing relief.

Directions For Using Sense Relief:

Note: Apple Watch is required to use Sense Relief

  1. Download the Sense Relief App™

  2. Allow App to install on your Apple Watch​, if not done automatically​

  3. Silence your Apple Watch so it won’t make noise while in operation

  4. Locate the P6 ​Acupoint on​ your​ inner wrist (Left or Right Wrist)​ 3 fingers distance from your palm

  5. Turn​​ Apple Watch over ​on your wrist ​so the charging pad​ covers the Acupoint completely ​ ​​

  6. Pull the strap comfortably tight​ so Apple Watch won't move around during therapy​

  7. Start the Sense Relief acupressure therapy​ on phone app or watch app​

  8. It will run for 3 minutes, or you can stop it at any time

  9. Auto Mode runs the ​therapy​ every 20 minutes for regular nausea relief*

  10. Go about your day as usual, working, driving, walking, etc.
